Networking Golf: Visa Invitational

All Visa Client Forum participants are welcome to take part in the Networking Golf (Visa Invitational) and will be required to provide: 

- VGA number for appropriate flight assignment. 

- Shirt size: TaylorMade (sizes availables: S, M, L, O, XO, 2XO). For reference: a man who is 1.7m tall and weighs 72kg will fit comfortably in size L.

Key Logistics

- Meeting and Pickup Point: JW Marriott Phu Quoc lobby 

- Bus Signage: "Visa Golf" 

- Departure Times: 5:30 AM and 5:45 AM (Travel time is approximately 60 minutes to the course). 

  • Please note that buses will depart promptly at the scheduled times. 
  • Participants not staying at the JW Marriott should arrange their own transportation to the hotel for pickup. 

- Breakfast: Breakfast will be provided at the golf course. 

  • Should you require an additional breakfast before departure, please contact your hotel to arrange a packaged meal. 

- Luggage: Please bring your golf bag. 

  • We recommend attaching name and phone tags to all bags and keeping personal valuables with you. 
  • As we will be providing transportation to the airport, guests with flights in the afternoon should bring their personal luggage with them. 

- Post-Event Drop-Off: Shuttle buses will drop guests off at two locations: 

  • JW Marriott Phu Quoc.
  • The airport. 

- Tournament and Prizes:

Four Hole-in-One prize: 200 million VND cash prize. 

Thirteen competition and technical prizes, with awards of up to 10 million VND per prize. 

- Safety and Weather:

  • Prepare for heat or rain (sunscreen, a light rain jacket, an umbrella, and rain covers for golf bags). 
  • Visa will provide a tournament polo and cap at the golf course. 
  • Hydration stations will be available, please help us keep the course clean.
