Registration

The registration fee to attend is USD $2,500. Register now and take advantage of an early bird $500 discount, if purchased by March 10.

Attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel arrangements and costs, including all rates, taxes, gratuities and incidentals as well as airport-hotel transfers, etc.
