Global VPF San Francisco 2026 is an invite-only event for senior management from payment industry businesses (e.g., card issuing, merchant, acquiring, processing and strategic partners).
During the three-day event, attendees will benefit from executive-led sessions that highlight trends and insights shaping innovation in payments as well as networking opportunities.

You can register your attendance by clicking on the 'Register Now' button at the top of this page. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the requested information. Please note, you must register with a valid business email address. Personal email addresses from domains such as gmail.com and hotmail.com will not be accepted.

The registration fee is USD $2,500 per attendee. If you register by March 10, an early bird $500 discount will apply. Attendees are responsible for travel and hotel costs, including all rates, taxes, gratuities and incidentals as well as airport-hotel transfers, etc. Attendees are required to settle their bills in full directly with the hotel upon check out.

Attendance at VPF San Francisco sessions, meals, and events is for invited and registered attendees only. Spouses and guests are not eligible to attend VPF San Francisco activities.

Visa has secured rooms at four hotels within a short walking distance of Moscone West for arrivals starting on June 8 and departures through June 11. Click here to view hotels and room rates.
Rooms are available to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis until May 8, so register and book your hotel early. If you need to include dates outside the conference block, please make a reservation first, and then contact our rooming management partner at vpf@conferencedirect.com to request your preferred dates. Visa will not be able to guarantee room availability or the negotiated room rate for dates outside the conference block.

Hotel availability with the event block is available on a first-come, first-come basis. As inventory allows, the deadline to make a reservation is May 8, 2026.
After this date, reservations cannot be guaranteed. Starting on May 10, 2026, you may contact the hotels directly about your reservation. Prior to this date, the hotels will not be able to provide reservation details, however, if you received a confirmation number you can be assured that your hotel room is booked.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are managed by the hotel and should be made directly with the hotel front desk.

There is a 72-hour cancellation policy to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancelling less than 72-hours prior to your arrival date or failing to show will result in a charge equal to a one-night stay per room applied to the credit card provided during the reservation process.

There are multiple ways to travel from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to your hotel. Taxis, Uber or Lyft are all readily available from all Bay Area airports. The commute typically takes 30 minutes. Public transportation is also an option. For more information, visit the SFO website.
Hotels do not offer shuttle service from the airport.

Travel visa applications are managed independently by attendees. Visa can provide a Letter of Invitation and Hotel Confirmation Letter for registered attendees to support your visa application process.

If you are registered but are no longer able to attend VPF San Francico, you may choose to transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization. Once you cancel your registration using the link provided in your registration confirmation email, you will receive instructions on how to transfer the registration to your designated colleague. The deadline for transferring a registration is May 8.
Hotel reservations will need to be updated through the link in the hotel confirmation email.
Refunds will not be provided for this event.
