Attendance at VPF Paris sessions, meals, and events is for invited and registered VPF Paris attendees only. Spouses and guests are not eligible to attend VPF Paris activities.

We encourage a professional, but comfortable atmosphere at VPF Paris and recommend business casual attire. Ties and jackets are not required.

VPF Paris attendance is invitation-only and is not transferable. If you cannot attend and wish for a colleague to be invited instead, please email VPFParis2026@visa.com
You can register to attend by clicking on the 'Register Now' button at the top of this page. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the requested information. Please note, you must register with a valid business email address. Personal email addresses from domains such as gmail.com and hotmail.com will not be accepted.

The registration fee is €1,700 + 10% VAT, total equals €1,870 per attendee.
Early bird rate: Purchase your ticket by 31 March 2026 to receive €400 discount (€1300 +10% VAT each, total €1,430)
Payment options are highlighted during the ticket purchase process.
Attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel costs, including all hotel rooms, taxes, gratuities and incidentals as well as airport-hotel transfers, etc. Attendees are required to pay their bills in full with the hotel directly upon check out.

Negotiated hotel rates are available at with a selection of hotels for VPF Paris attendees to book for 29 June to 2 July 2026. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their accommodation through the bnetwork portal. Hotel reservations must be fully paid at time of the reservation. Book your accommodation after you register for VPF Paris through the “Book Hotel” link on the registration confirmation page or registration confirmation email.
