What is the format of the Visa Payments Forum CEMEA 2025?
The Forum is an invitation-only event for Visa clients and partners. The Forum begins with a welcome reception on the evening of Monday, June 16 and is scheduled to conclude at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 18.

How do I register for the event?
Attendance at the event is by invitation only and is not transferrable. You can register for the Forum by clicking on the "Register Now" button at the top of this page. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the requested information. Please note, you must register with a valid business email address. Personal email addresses from domains such as gmail.com will not be accepted.
Is there a conference fee to attend the Forum?
There is no conference fee to attend the Forum. Attendees are only responsible for their individual travel and hotel guest room costs, to include all hotel room rates, taxes, gratuities, and incidentals as well as airport-hotel transfers, etc. Attendees will be required to settle their bills in full with the hotel directly upon check out. Applicable meals during the event will be provided free of charge for registered attendees.
What are the entry requirements for Spain?
Please ensure that you have a valid passport and visa for entry into Spain (if required). Check with your local Embassy, Consulate or travel agency on current requirements. Should you require us to issue a visa invitation letter, please indicate this in your registration or contact the Visa Events Team visaevents.cemea@visa.com
Will sessions be available in languages other than English?
All sessions will be available in English only.

Has Visa secured hotel rooms for Forum attendees?
Visa has held a block of rooms at Hotel Arts Barcelona and at H10 Marina Barcelona. Both hotels have a special group rate for attendees. All hotel rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. If your reservation dates are outside of the conference sates, Visa will not be able to guarantee room availability or the negotiated room rate. If you wish to extend your stay, requests are subject to availability by the hotel. Please also be advised that your reservation is made directly with the hotel and not with Visa, so kindly ensure you are aware of the booking terms before completing your reservation.
How will I get from the airport to the hotel when I arrive?
Please organize your arrival and departure transfers through your hotel or take advantage of the many taxis available in the city, most of which accept card payments.
What is the suggested attire during the Forum?
We want to encourage a professional, but comfortable atmosphere at the Forum. Attire for meetings and evening receptions will be business casual. Ties and jackets are not required.
May I bring my spouse or guest to the events?
Unfortunately, attendance is limited to invited and registered Forum attendees. Spouses and guests are not eligible for attendance.
