Who can attend the Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council 2027?
The Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council 2027 is comprised of approximately 40 representatives, representing a cross-section of clients and regional markets, in order to facilitate effective dialogue and exchange of innovative ideas.
Visa CEMEA REC membership is entirely at Visa’s sole discretion. Visa CEMEA REC member may not assign or transfer its membership to any third party.
When and where is the Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council and Security Summit 2027 being held?
The Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council and Security Summit will take place on 15 -17 March 2027. The event will be held at the St. Regis Cairo located at 1189 Nile Corniche, Boulaq Num.5, Bulaq, Cairo Governorate 11221, Cairo, Egypt. Is there a fee to attend the Summit?
REC Members can enjoy complimentary free of charge access to the Visa CEMEA Security Summit.
For Non-REC Members representing Visa Issuers and Visa Acquirers, the standard registration rate is USD 999 per attendee.
Registration fees for Non-REC Members can be conveniently paid during the registration process using a Visa card, or alternatively via Visa Direct Billing System by entering the organization's BID. If you choose to pay through BID, the corresponding fee will be included in your organization's invoice after the event. How do I register for the Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council and Security Summit 2027?
You can register for both events by clicking on the "Register Now" button located on the Visa CEMEA Security Summit 2027 website. Attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How can I book my accommodation in Cairo?
Kindly note that Visa has secured a limited number of rooms at a special rate of USD 248.13/person/night for the duration of the event so please book early to avoid disappointment. What are the check-in and check-out times at the St. Regis Cairo?
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are at the hotel’s discretion and must be made directly with the hotel.
What is the suggested attire for the meeting?
Attire for the meeting and evening events is smart casual. Ties and jackets are not required.
Does Visa cover travel and accommodation to attend the Visa CEMEA Risk Executive Council and Security Summit 2027?
Please note that Visa does not cover travel, accommodation, or any related expenses to attend the event. Please note that all travel arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
Once registered, can I cancel my reservation?
Refunds will not be issued for any cancelled registrations. Attendee substitutions are allowed. To substitute an individual that is registered and no longer able to attend the Summit, please email to visaevents.cemea@visa.com.
What should I do if my registration has not been approved and I have been notified that I'm currently on a waiting list?
Due to high demand for registrations, you may find yourself on a waiting list. Please allow us some time to confirm any available seats. We will contact you as soon as there is an update on your registration status.
How can I reach the event venue?
The St. Regis Cairo is conveniently located in the centre of Cairo. We recommend to arrange an airport shuttle to/from the hotel by calling the hotel directly: +20-2-2597 9000.
Where can I find up to date Egypt entry requirements?
If you wish to view up to date information about Egypt entry requirements and if you can get an e-visa, visit the Visa2Egypt website. Please check this link regularly, since the information is subject to change. Finally, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry. If you are not eligible for an e-visa then we recommend you contact your local Egyptian embassy asap to apply for a relevant visa.
Visa entry letters – If an invitation letter is required for your visa application purposes, please send an email to visaevents.cemea@visa.com with your full name and travel dates and we will prepare and send you the invitation letter as soon as possible.
