Lacy Lauks is the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics in Canada and leads the development and delivery of high impact project work for Visa Canada’s clients across the payment ecosystem. Lacy brings more than 15 years’ experience driving strategic initiatives in both management consulting and industry roles, working with senior leaders across a broad variety of industries to solve complex organizational problems and drive impactful change. Prior to joining Visa, Lacy held roles in Enterprise Strategy and Customer Experience at Scotiabank, where she was focused on developing business strategies and transforming operations and customer experiences. Prior to Scotiabank, Lacy worked for the management consulting division of MNP LLP, where she played a key role in developing the Economics & Research practice.

Lacy received her master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
