Serene Gay is the Head of Value-Added Services for Asia Pacific and was previously the Group Country Manager for Regional Southeast Asia at Visa, overseeing the business across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Brunei, and leading strategy, innovation, and client engagement for the cluster. She has also led Global Client account management teams and Global and Regional Acquirers across Asia Pacific and is a member of Visa’s Asia Pacific Leadership Team. Serene brings over 20 years of payments experience, including 17 years at Citi where she held senior leadership roles and led digital transformation and fintech partnerships across key markets. Prior to Visa, she also held roles at GE Money and Mastercard Advisors, with expertise spanning digital banking, marketing, and card management.
