As Arvest Bank's Chief Operating Officer, Yurik oversees banking operations (including payment operations and strategy), credit administration, information technology, procurement, and operational excellence. Yurik joined Arvest in 2018 via acquisition and brings 20 years of banking industry experience to his new role as of Q3 2025. Prior to becoming COO, Yurik led all banking operations and was responsible for establishing enterprise payment strategy as a key leadership role within the organization. His experience not only at Arvest but also at two prior community banks in areas such as strategic finance, project management, and asset liability management helps him translate complex technical initiatives into relevant business outcomes.
