Tom oversees all activities related to U.S. Super Regional, Regional and Sponsor/Neo financial institutions and credit unions. Tom joined Visa in 2015 and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to his current role, Tom served as Executive Vice President of Retail Products for Regions Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for all Consumer and Small Business products including deposits, credit cards, and payments. Brooks also held various senior management roles in sales, business development, marketing, loyalty programs, and operations at MBNA and Bank of America.
