Romina Seltzer is Senior Vice President and Head of Value-Added Services for Visa Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, she leads the regional strategy and execution of Visa’s portfolio of value-added services, helping clients accelerate growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency. With more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry, Romina is an experienced Visa leader who joined the company in 2001. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Products for Visa Latin America and the Caribbean, where she led the Consumer Products and Digital Platforms portfolio and drove the region’s product innovation and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in her career, Romina led Visa Latin America’s Strategy team, where she spearheaded the development of regional strategies and action plans to strengthen Visa’s competitive and growth position across markets. In that role, she was also responsible for Pricing and Interchange for the region. She previously served as Assistant Vice President within Visa Consulting, partnering with clients to identify opportunities to improve the performance and profitability of their Visa portfolios. Before joining Visa, Romina worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Argentine-born, Romina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She lives in Miami with her husband and two children.
