Ana Rojas leads the teams responsible for managing Visa Direct, Commercial Solutions, Government Solutions, and Global Clients across the region. The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) area is focused on incremental business growth beyond Visa’s core products and services, penetrating new segments in the payments industry.
Ana has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held multiple senior leadership roles in subsidiaries of Citigroup, including Citi Latin America Cards Head, Loans and Sales Lead for Citibank across 14 countries, Citi Mexico Corporate Director for Emerging Affluent, Mass and SMB segments, and most recently, Customer Experience Transformation Head for Citi Consumer in North America & Global Wealth for the United States, Asia, and EMEA.
Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia. She completed a Disruptive Innovation Summer Program at Harvard University and an Executive Program in Leading Innovative Change at Berkeley University of California. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and walking, and recently began training for running 5Ks. She refers to herself as a proud nerd, committed and eager to learn, so you will always find her asking questions to expand her knowledge.
