Andrew Torre
President, Value-Added Services, Visa
Andrew Torre serves as President of Value-Added Services at Visa. In this role, he is responsible for a global suite of products and services that help clients and partners optimize their performance, differentiate their offerings, and create better experiences for their customers. Mr. Torre joined Visa in 2002, holding global roles in product, strategy, and pricing, as well as multiple regional leadership roles. Most recently, Mr. Torre served as Regional President of the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region, where he was responsible for driving the transformation of Visa’s operations in 86 countries and territories. He led the CEMEA region through a time of unprecedented growth, significantly growing revenue, strengthening client engagement and expanding Visa’s presence across the region. He previously led Visa’s business operations in Russia and Sub-Saharan Africa, which included overseeing offices and teams, as well as cultivating client and government relationships. An industry veteran, Mr. Torre’s experience outside Visa includes terms with BankServ, where he was General Manager of the Enterprise Payments Division and Washington Mutual, where he served as Vice President of New Product Development and Strategic Planning. He has also worked with the World Bank in Kyiv, Moscow and CIS territories. Mr. Torre received his M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and he holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont. Mr. Torre is a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa.
