Delly Choy de Yinh is Executive Vice President of Consumer Products and Branch Network at Banco General, where she leads the strategy, profitability, and distribution of the bank’s full consumer portfolio and sales channels. She brings more than 25 years of experience in retail banking, with deep expertise in product governance, customer experience, and multi‑channel distribution, including leading post‑acquisition integrations in Panama. Delly also serves on the boards of Banco General subsidiaries and is Chair of the Board of Telered, Panama’s national electronic payments network.
