Jaime Compte is Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking, SMEs, and Payments at BAC Credomatic, overseeing operations across six Central American markets. He has held multiple senior leadership roles within BAC, including leading its fintech arm Namutek, where he scaled the client base to over 400,000. Prior to banking, he co-founded a startup and worked as a strategy and supply chain consultant at Accenture in Europe. He holds degrees from IQS Barcelona, MIT, and the Polytechnic University of Cataluña in partnership with Cranfield University.
