Beatrice (Bea) Larregle is the Group Country Manager, Southern Europe, in charge of Visa’s business, strategy and operations in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Cyprus and Malta. Bea joined Visa in 2019, bringing over 25 years’ experience driving growth and transforming technology-enabled businesses in several senior leadership positions. She joined Visa from Experian where she was Market President for the France and Benelux cluster based in The Hague (Netherlands). Previously, she served as Managing Director and Chairwoman of Experian Morocco, and as Head of Experian credit bureau’s business in South Africa, and subsequently as Head of Operations. During her career, Bea covered different positions at Morgan Stanley Credit Card Services in London, including Director of Business Technology, Vice President of Customer Management and Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives in charge of M&A activities and the UK side of the spin-off of Discover Financial Services from Morgan Stanley. Bea was born in the South of France and holds a Master of Management from ESCP Europe (Oxford, Madrid, Paris). She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
