Tiziana (Tiz) is a transformational leader with primary expertise in Customer Experience, Product and Innovation. A management executive with 20+ years of global experience, Tiz has developed and launched business operations, new products, solutions and services for several multinational brands. Tiz leads Visa’s consumer cross-border travel business helping drive top-of-wallet preference for travellers around the world. Her responsibility extends across cross-border commercialization, including designing, building and launching solutions to support Visa’s clients with the full breadth of Visa’s cross-border capabilities.
Prior to her current role, Tiz led the Product and Solutions team for the Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific markets, having carriage for Visa’s core consumer, value added services and business solutions inclusive of Loyalty and Instalments, Risk and Data Services, Platforms and Digital Partnerships.
Before joining Visa, Tiz supported the expansion BNPL darling, Zip Payments, outside of Australia through strategic acquisition and inorganic product and engineering expansion globally and held various roles across Retail and Business Banking in Strategy, Product and Sales at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Her ability to identify, test, and drive new ways of working, emerging business models, and new capabilities helps organisations future-fit themselves, drive customer advocacy, and establish innovative cultures. Tiziana is an Executive Advisor at EVP, a venture firm specializing in an early stage B2B software companies and supports start-ups through board roles.
Her early days were spent in management consultant at Capgemini, with primary expertise in large scale transformational programmes, ranging from strategy through to implementation within the financial services, retail and telecommunication sectors. Prior to moving to Australia, Tiziana spent time at ING DIRECT, Canada with a predominate focus on customer experience programs.
