As Senior Vice President and Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, Nicolas Khoury leads the advisory business for the CEMEA region, guiding a team of consultants, data scientists, and industry experts in delivering consulting services, actionable insights, and a suite of implementation solutions that drive client and partner growth. With over two decades of experience helping organizations navigate their most critical strategic imperatives, Nicolas brings specialized expertise in Retail & Corporate Banking, Digital Transformation, and Payments. Nicolas first joined Visa in 2014, leading the Customer Solutions & CVP team across CEMEA and delivering customer-centric solutions tailored to diverse market needs. In 2018, he was appointed to head the Visa Consulting and Analytics practice as Vice President. He assumed his role as Senior Vice President in 2024. Before joining Visa, Nicolas served as a Principal at Booz & Company (now Strategy&) within the Financial Services Practice in MENA. During this time, he played a pivotal role in helping lead regional and international financial services firms in developing and executing differentiated strategies, introducing unique value propositions, and cultivating key reinforcing capabilities to drive growth. Prior to this, Nicolas served as a Senior Corporate and Investment Banker at Citi across Dubai, Beirut, and London, where he navigated the intricacies of the global financial landscape. Nicolas is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the recipient of the Honorary Penrose Award from The American University of Beirut.
