Kim is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Visa in Europe, where she leverages creativity and storytelling with data, predictive analytics, sophisticated measurement technologies, automation, and specialized expertise to support sustainable growth.
Kim is committed to deep human insights, design, technology and first party data, and has created a robust and integrated marketing function that is accountable for driving revenue, and inextricably linked to Product, Design, Technology, and Sales. Collaborating closely with our customers and other partners, her team is singularly focused on value creation. They push the boundaries of innovation and generate quantifiable business outcomes, all while vividly articulating the Visa narrative to the consumer.
Prior to this role, Kim has held roles in Visa’s Marketing leadership teams in the US and CEMEA, leading Global Marketing Solutions, Customer Marketing and building the Marketing function for the newly formed Global Commercial and Money Movement Solutions business unit. Her formative experiences include Johnson & Johnson, AOL, NBC and various digital players.
