Claudio Di Nella joined Visa in November 2018 as the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Europe, based in London, UK. He is a recognised senior industry leader with over two decades of expertise working with Banks and Financial Services (FS) institutions driving large-scale change in Digital transformation, solution architecture, data, Customer Experience and Digital strategy. Claudio is part of Europe’s Executive Leadership team, reporting into our European CEO, Antony Cahill. Prior to Visa, Claudio has held positions as a Managing Director (Partner) for Accenture Strategy for UK&I FS as well as Partner at PwC Strategy& in the UK. Claudio has lived and worked with clients across multiple geographies and continents in his career (Latin America, Asia Pacific, North America & Europe). Claudio holds an MS in Software Engineering from University of CAECE and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Del Salvador (both in Buenos Aires, Argentina), and a Diploma in Analytics-powered Strategy by Northwestern University (Chicago, USA). Under Claudio’s leadership, Europe is now the second largest geography for Visa Advisory globally, behind North America, with a team of 550+ consultants, data scientists and implementation specialists, significantly expanding the range of services and solutions we help our clients with across the spectrum. From Issuers and Fintechs, to Acquirers, PayFacs, ISVs and Merchants, Claudio’s team is there to help our partners grow and differentiate with end-to-end advisory through to implementation support, leveraging our data, insights, data solutions and deep industry expertise coupled with local market knowledge to drive performance.
