Leila Serhan is Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager for Visa’s North Africa, Levant and Pakistan (NALP) region, leading Visa’s business across 15 countries in partnership with financial institutions, governments, and ecosystem partners to advance digital payments and financial inclusion. She brings over two decades of leadership experience, including 20 years at Microsoft where she led public sector and regional operations across the Gulf, North Africa, East Med, and Pakistan. Leila is also a recognized advocate for women’s empowerment and innovation, serving as co‑chair of the Visa Women Network in CEMEA and President of the Women in IT Association in Lebanon.
