Fadi Moukaddem serves as Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager for the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar, leading the newly established region. Since joining Visa in 2014, Fadi has served as Regional CFO across 87 markets in CEMEA and brings extensive experience working with financial institutions, regulators and ecosystem partners. Prior to Visa, he held senior roles at PepsiCo International and Nokia Networks. In his new role, he will lead Visa’s strategy, partnerships and operations across the three markets, supporting continued digital transformation and innovation. Passionate about building strong, diverse and successful teams that go beyond their traditional roles and responsibilities, Fadi is an experienced, multi-lingual, and well-traveled industry figure. His professional career has taken him to three continents and seven countries. He is currently based in the UAE. Originally from Lebanon, Fadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School in the UK. He is a certified ACMA and CGMA professional, and he speaks fluent French and English on top of his Arabic native language.
