Antony Cahill is the Regional President and Chief Executive Officer of Visa Europe. In this role, he is responsible for leading all operations of the 38-market region. Since 2023, Mr. Cahill served as President of Visa’s global Value-Added Services (VAS) business, where he was responsible for designing, developing and delivering a global portfolio of 200+ products and solutions that power client growth and business performance. Under his leadership, VAS grew into a $9B global business and delivered revenue growth of more than 20% annually. He initially joined Visa in 2018 as Managing Director for Visa Europe and later became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all of Visa’s client relationships in the region. Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Cahill spent more than 20 years working in Australia’s financial services industry, serving as Chief Operating Officer at NAB (National Australia Bank) and in various executive-level roles at ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited). Mr. Cahill earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
