Bryan joined Visa in July 2018 as the Head of Visa’s Crisis Management program. In this capacity, Bryan significantly expanded the scope of Visa Crisis Management through integrated planning, testing, preparing, and exercising across all Operational Resilience disciplines. He also led several initiatives to enhance Visa's Crisis Management capabilities, including the automation of processes, the search and onboarding of a new event management solution, and improving the way Crisis Management leverages data to influence Visa's preparation and response to disruptions. Considering the ever-changing global risk landscape, Bryan was responsible for overseeing the creation of new crisis management plans, including those addressing the risk of failed banking systems and institutions as well as those that focus on geopolitical and societal issues.

In July 2024, Bryan was promoted to Senior Vice President of Visa’s Operational Resilience program. In this role, Bryan continues to lead program initiatives that focus on enhancing people, process and the utilization of technology to strengthen the risk control environment, embed a culture of resilience across all Visa staff, and to enhance Visa’s resilience strategy in a way that deepens our partnerships across the payments ecosystem.
Before joining Visa, Bryan worked in banking where he provided strategic leadership for Crisis Management. Prior to that, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in crisis management and disaster preparedness in the military, federal government, and public-sector emergency services. A significant part of Bryan's professional growth came from his ability to operate at a global scale while employed as a contractor for the US Department of State, where he conducted emergency preparedness training and operations in 23 international cities.

In his spare time, Bryan enjoys DIY home projects, camping, and experimenting on his barbecue grill.
