Marcela Pinori is vice president of Commercial and Money Movement Solutions at Visa Brazil, the division responsible for developing and expanding the company’s offerings for the B2B segment. Under her leadership, Visa has expanded its presence across micro, small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as government clients, with solutions that drive efficiency, digitalization, and innovation in business payments.
With over a decade at the company, Marcela joined Visa in 2013 as a Product Manager and, in 2017, moved into Business Development, where she led relationships with clients such as Itaú, Porto, Digio, Bradesco, and Cielo. Since 2023, she has led the Commercial Solutions division, heading a team focused on innovation and the delivery of consistent results. Prior to Visa, she held roles at Alelo and BankBoston across Products, New Business, and Cash Management Sales.
Her areas of expertise include prepaid and benefits cards; payment and receivables solutions; the incentives and rewards market; new businesses, products, and services—including feasibility studies, development, and strategic partnerships; process optimization; and profitability and cost-reduction initiatives.
